Dubai Real Estate Platform
I designed a corporate website for a Dubai real estate agency on a tight deadline: less than one month from brief to final design. The site lets people search projects, compare them at a glance and contact an agent without friction.

Context
Company
A real estate agency in Dubai that positions itself as a reliable partner in finding the best property in the city, with a strong focus on projects under construction.
Task
Create a corporate platform that shows the agency's portfolio, helps clients explore properties on their own and leads them to contact an agent.
Constraint
The whole design had to be ready in less than one month. Every decision had to move the main scenario forward: find a property and reach an agent.
My role
UI/UX design of the platform for desktop and mobile, from structure to final screens.

What the site had to do
Find property fast
Search sits right in the hero: type, area, project name, rooms and price, with the number of matches shown on the button.
Compare at a glance
Off-plan projects shown as cards with the key data investors check first.
Reach an agent
A "Leave a request" button and WhatsApp in the header, available from any page.

Designing in under a month
With less than a month, there was no room for long explorations. I focused on what the agency needed on launch day and built the rest from a few reusable parts.
Main scenario first
Search, catalog and contact came first, because they carry the business goal of the site.
One card, many pages
A single project card component powers the home page and the full catalog, so new screens came together fast.
Ready to grow
The structure lets the agency add projects and content after launch without new design work.
